Job Description - Online Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a part-time Online Client Service Manager in Riyadh, SA. The ideal candidate for this Mid-to-Senior Level position will have at least 7 years of experience in client service management. We are looking for a confident and resourceful individual with excellent planning and time management skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage online client service operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and increase revenue. 3. Monitor client feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize client service processes. 5. Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 6. Train and mentor team members to provide exceptional client service. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in client service management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
