Job Description - Online Client Service Manager


Job Description:


United Electronics Company is seeking a talented and experienced Online Client Service Manager to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the Online Client Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the online client service operations of the company, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the online client service experience - Manage a team of online client service representatives and ensure they are meeting performance goals - Monitor client satisfaction and feedback and implement improvements as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless online client service operations - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in online client service - Drive revenue growth through excellent online client service and retention strategies - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on online client service performance


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 7+ years of experience in online client service management or a related field - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and drive a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and motivated with a strong focus on achieving results - Strategic planning and analysis skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Experience with CRM systems and online client service platforms
