Online Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Fitaihi Holding Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Online Client Service Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be independent, and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Handling online inquiries and providing outstanding customer service to clients through various online platforms - Responding to customer queries promptly and efficiently - Assisting with the resolution of client issues and complaints - Conducting research to better understand client needs and preferences - Presenting information about our products and services to potential clients - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and independent with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to research and analyze information effectively - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Presentation skills to effectively convey information to clients - Knowledge of customer service best practices - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
