Job Description - Online Client Service Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and driven Online Client Service Specialist to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media platforms - Address client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a positive client experience - Utilize persuasion and emotional intelligence skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide knowledgeable support to clients - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve overall client satisfaction and retention rates


Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field - 3+ years of experience in client service or a similar role - Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and achieving client satisfaction goals - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Driven and confident personality traits - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software is a plus - Persuasion and emotional intelligence skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
