Job Description:
Herfy Food Services Co is seeking an Online Client Support Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for a confident and independent individual who excels in teamwork and project management. The Online Client Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients, resolving any issues or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a prompt and courteous manner - Assist customers with placing online orders, navigating the website, and troubleshooting any technical issues - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Document all customer interactions and feedback for future reference - Collaborate with other team members to address common customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction - Perform other duties as assigned by the Online Client Support Manager
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or online support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience using online support tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Confidence in resolving customer issues and providing solutions - Independent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve customer concerns
