Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Bawan Company as an Online Client Support Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients, assisting them with any questions or concerns they may have. This is a part-time position based in Medina, Saudi Arabia, and is ideal for someone who is looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account setup, password resets, and general troubleshooting - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Provide feedback to the management team on ways to improve the online client experience
Requirements: - Hardworking and confident individual who is able to work well under pressure - Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems independently - Leadership qualities and the ability to take initiative in a team setting - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online communication platforms
