Job Description:

Kudu Company for Food and Catering is seeking a motivated and driven Online Client Support Assistant to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the food and catering industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Assist clients with placing orders, resolving issues, and answering questions about our products and services. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experience. 4. Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Motivated and driven individual who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to negotiate with clients to reach a resolution. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Basic knowledge of food and catering industry is a plus. 5. Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
