Online Client Support Assistant

Middle East Battery Company is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Online Client Support Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients via email, chat, and phone, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally - Assist clients with account setups, product information, and troubleshooting technical issues - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient onboarding of new clients and ongoing support for existing clients - Monitor client feedback and escalate any recurring issues to management for resolution - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database - Assist with the development and implementation of client support processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Proven experience in customer service or client support role - Resourceful problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions - Project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards assisting clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
