Online Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and passionate Online Client Support Assistant to join our team at the Saudi Railways Organization in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Responding promptly to customer inquiries via online platforms such as email, live chat, and social media - Providing accurate information regarding our services, products, and promotions - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Processing online orders and payments - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all client interactions

Requirements: - Strong negotiation skills to effectively handle customer issues and complaints - Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient client support - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Arabic - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms - Experience working in a customer service or online support role
