Online Client Support Associate

Job Description:

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Associate to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients via email, chat, and phone communication channels - Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of client concerns - Maintain client records, update databases, and generate reports as needed - Monitor client feedback and escalate any recurring issues to management - Assist in the development and implementation of online client support processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client support

Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service or client support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to effectively engage with clients - People management skills to handle a variety of client personalities and situations - Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Passionate about providing exceptional client service and contributing to a positive client experience
