Job Description - Online Client Support Manager

Job Description:


As the Online Client Support Manager at Saudi Cement Company, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of online client support for our company. You will be the main point of contact for all online customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Your role will involve providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries, resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner, and proactively engaging with customers to ensure their needs are met.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of online client support - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with a high level of customer service - Proactively engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer service or client support - Confident and hardworking individual with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Knowledge of online customer support tools and platforms - Experience in the cement or construction industry is a plus
