Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Online Client Support Manager to join our team at the Saudi Arabian Mining Company in Riyadh, SA. As the Online Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing online client inquiries and providing exceptional customer support to ensure a positive client experience. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to online client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support to clients experiencing issues with our online platform - Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and provide solutions - Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall client experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client support
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in online client support or a related field - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
