Job Description - Online Client Support Officer

Job description:


We are seeking an experienced Online Client Support Officer to join our team at Saudi Railways Organization in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to clients through various communication channels including chat, email, and phone. 2. Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues related to our online services. 3. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients. 7. Contribute to the improvement of our online client support services through feedback and suggestions. 8. Assist in training new employees on client support procedures and best practices.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in online client support or a related field. 2. Reliable and confident personality traits. 3. Strong project management skills with attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
