Job Description:
The Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company is seeking a dynamic Online Client Support Officer to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is just starting their career and looking to gain valuable experience in customer support within a leading industry.
Responsibilities: - Provide online support to clients through various communication channels such as email, chat, and social media platforms - Assist clients with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Assist in developing and implementing customer support strategies - Handle client complaints and escalate when necessary - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements: - Confidence and resilience in dealing with clients - Strong leadership skills to effectively guide clients through the support process - Ability to conduct thorough research to provide accurate information to clients - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
