Job Description - Online Client Support Representative


Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Online Client Support Representative to join our team at Saudi Post in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a customer support role. The Online Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients through various channels such as email, chat, and phone.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our online platforms - Assisting customers with account management and order processing - Providing product recommendations and information to customers - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong project management skills - Excellent analysis skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
