Online Client Support Representative Job Description:

Alinma Tokio Marine Company is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience working in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service to clients through online channels such as chat, email, and social media - Resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Educating clients on product offerings and services - Collaborating with other team members to ensure client satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Continuously improving knowledge of company products and services - Adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Adaptability and passion for helping others - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic understanding of insurance products and services preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent required
