Job Description - Online Client Support Representative


Job Description:


We are seeking a part-time Online Client Support Representative to join our team at Saudi Post in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The Online Client Support Representative will be responsible for providing support to clients through online channels such as emails, chat, and social media.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Provide guidance and assistance to clients with using our online services - Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that clients may encounter - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall client experience - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients - Identify and escalate any issues or trends that may impact client satisfaction


Requirements: - Reliable and confident personality traits - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills - Previous experience in customer service or a related field - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
