Job Description - Online Client Support Representative

Job Description:


Saudi Post is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Online Client Support Representative in Mecca, SA. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in customer service and make a valuable contribution to our team. This is a part-time position with flexible hours.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to online clients through chat, email, and phone communication. 2. Assist clients with orders, returns, and general inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to our online platform and provide solutions to clients. 4. Work closely with internal teams to address client concerns and improve the overall customer experience. 5. Keep accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed. 6. Stay up to date on company policies, products, and promotions to effectively assist clients. 7. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. 2. Must be energetic, hardworking, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Creativity and problem-solving abilities to handle unique client situations. 5. Strong negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and reach mutually beneficial solutions. 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
