Job Description - Online Client Support Representative


Job Description: We are seeking a part-time Online Client Support Representative to join our team at Al Rajhi Holding Group in Jeddah, SA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service to our online clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, possess resilience and adaptability, and demonstrate strong planning and persuasion skills.


Responsibilities: - Respond to online client inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a timely manner - Assist clients with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Manage client accounts, process orders, and handle refunds or exchanges - Collaborate with other departments to address client concerns and escalate issues as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients - Provide feedback on customer trends, suggestions, and concerns to improve overall client experience


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus) - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Demonstrated planning and persuasion skills - Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
