Job Description:

Advanced Petrochemical Company is seeking a part-time Online Client Support Specialist to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional online support to our clients through various channels such as email, live chat, and social media. - Assist in resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall client satisfaction. - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.

Requirements: - Must be driven and confident in dealing with clients. - Attention to detail and strong planning skills are essential for this role. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience with customer service software and platforms preferred.
