Job Description:
Savola Group is seeking a dedicated and resilient Online Contact Center Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level candidates looking to gain valuable experience in customer service within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through online channels such as email, chat, and social media - Providing product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and processing orders - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times - Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex customer issues - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills - Ability to deliver engaging presentations to customers - Proficiency in using online communication tools and systems - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
