Job Description:
United Electronics Company is seeking an experienced Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the online contact center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery. - Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer interactions and improve overall customer satisfaction. - Lead and mentor a team of online customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. - Analyze contact center metrics and KPIs to identify trends and implement improvements. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service.
Requirements: - Confident and resilient personality traits to effectively lead a team in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively communicate with both team members and customers. - Previous experience in a contact center management role, preferably in an online setting. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
