Job Description - Online Contact Center Manager


Job Description:


Bawan Company is seeking a highly experienced Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As a leading company in the industry, we are looking for a passionate individual who is adaptable and driven to lead our online contact center operations.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the online contact center. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Train, coach, and mentor contact center staff to ensure high performance. 4. Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate the success of the contact center. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues. 6. Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the contact center. 7. Implement quality assurance programs to ensure consistent service delivery. 8. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the contact center operations. 10. Maintain accurate records and reports on contact center performance.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in contact center management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficient in using contact center software and tools. 7. Strong research skills to analyze data and make informed decisions. 8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
