Online Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Zamil Industrial Investment Company is seeking a part-time Online Contact Center Officer to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level Officer, you will be responsible for effectively managing online customer interactions, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth communication between the company and its clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via online platforms such as live chat, email, and social media. 2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions. 3. Handling customer complaints and escalating issues as needed. 4. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 6. Analyzing customer feedback and recommending improvements to enhance the customer experience. 7. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding customer communication and data privacy.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Independent and dedicated personality traits. 3. Strong adaptability and analytical skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
