Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Online Contact Center Representative to join our team at Hilton in Riyadh, SA. As an entry-level position, we are seeking individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with booking reservations, changing existing reservations, and answering questions about our hotel services - Provide technical support to customers experiencing issues with our online booking system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement to management - Meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction and response times - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
