Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and driven Online Contact Center Representative to join our team at Jarir Marketing Company in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media - Provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns - Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting - Document all customer interactions and follow up as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
