Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

El Seif Engineering Contracting Company is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate level position, the Online Customer Care Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and tracking. 3. Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. 5. Manage customer feedback and escalate issues as needed. 6. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 7. Assist with website maintenance and updates as necessary.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience. 2. Resilient and adaptable personality traits. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Creative problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to make quick and effective decisions. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and online platforms. 7. Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
