Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Al Rajhi Holding Group in Jeddah, SA. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer care.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies. 3. Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges according to company guidelines. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and resolution of customer concerns. 5. Identify and escalate any issues or trends to the appropriate department for further investigation. 6. Participate in training and development opportunities to improve customer care skills and product knowledge. 7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work effectively in a team setting. 5. Leadership qualities and the ability to take initiative when necessary. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. 7. Experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
