Job Description - Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


Saudi Post is seeking a Part-time Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for candidates who are hardworking, resilient, and possess strong time management and communication skills.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through various online platforms including email, chat, and social media - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner - Assist customers with online orders, payment processing, and product/service information - Manage customer accounts and update records as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on company policies, products, and services to effectively assist customers - Work with the team to identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to management


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferred - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in using online communication platforms and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
