Job Description - Online Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


ACWA Power is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Online Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA. This entry-level part-time position is ideal for individuals who are independent, motivated, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting - Work collaboratively with the customer care team to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on company products, policies, and services


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required - Knowledge of online customer service platforms and tools - Commitment to teamwork and cooperation with colleagues
