Herfy Food Services Co is seeking a motivated and independent Online Customer Care Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to online customers via chat, email, and phone - Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Keep up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve the customer experience - Manage and respond to online reviews and feedback - Assist with social media management and online marketing efforts
Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Prior experience in customer service is preferred
