Job Description - Online Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Medina, SA. As the Online Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing all online customer interactions and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Coordinate with the sales team to address any customer concerns and provide solutions. 3. Monitor online reviews and address any negative feedback or complaints. 4. Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Track customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and improve processes. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless online customer experience. 7. Provide regular reports on customer feedback and key performance indicators to management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Strong communication and presentation skills. 3. Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers. 4. Reliable and driven attitude. 5. 5 years of experience in online customer care or a similar role. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
