Job Description - Online Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Online Customer Care Manager to join our team at Saudi Electricity Company in Jeddah, SA. As the Online Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the customer care operations for our online platforms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance the overall customer experience on our online platforms. - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. - Coordinate with various departments to address customer issues and provide solutions. - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Train and mentor customer care team members to provide excellent service and support. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in online customer care. - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience across all platforms. - Foster a global village mentality within the team to promote diversity and inclusion.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in online customer care or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong leadership and teamwork abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. - Fluent in English and Arabic.
