Job Description - Online Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Online Customer Care Officer to join our team at Saudi Electricity Company based in Riyadh, SA. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with 1 year of experience who are energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service online.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and billing inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to achieve customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain a high level of attention to detail when documenting customer interactions and updating customer records. 5. Utilize persuasion skills to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers as appropriate. 6. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment. 2. Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer communications and documentation. 3. Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate product benefits and drive sales. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
