Job Description - Online Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


We are looking for a part-time Online Customer Care Representative to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia in Jeddah. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our shipping services, rates, and policies - Help customers track their shipments and resolve any issues or delays - Assist customers with booking shipments and processing payments - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards all customers - Continuously improve customer satisfaction and retention rates


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Previous experience working in an online customer service role - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
