Job Description - Online Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Medina, SA. As a part-time entry-level position, the Online Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. 3. Providing product information and assistance with online orders. 4. Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience. 5. Monitoring social media channels and responding to customer feedback and reviews. 6. Assisting with order fulfillment and shipping logistics.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and resilient with a strong work ethic. 2. Possess emotional intelligence and have a high level of attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Basic computer skills and knowledge of online platforms. 6. Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
