Job Description - Online Customer Care Specialist

Sipchem is seeking a part-time Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate effectively with customers through online platforms to provide assistance and resolve issues. 2. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Utilize persuasion techniques to upsell products or services to customers. 5. Manage customer relationships and maintain a positive brand image. 6. Monitor online reviews and respond appropriately to maintain a positive online reputation. 7. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Create reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer care strategies.


Requirements: 1. Demonstrated experience in online customer service or a related field. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Hardworking and energetic personality traits. 5. Proficient in using online customer care platforms and tools. 6. People management skills to handle difficult customer interactions effectively. 7. Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
