Online Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Online Customer Service Assistant to join Arabian Pipes Company in Jeddah, SA. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As an Online Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various online channels.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Troubleshoot technical issues related to our website and online ordering system - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers - Stay up to date on product offerings, promotions, and company policies - Work closely with the marketing team to suggest new ideas for improving the online customer experience

Requirements: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Energetic and enthusiastic about helping customers - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think critically and strategically to solve customer problems - Proficient in using online customer service platforms and tools - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
