Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and hardworking Online Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Al Gosaibi Bros. in Medina, SA. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. The Online Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers and assisting with various tasks to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Process online orders, returns, and exchanges - Monitor and update online inventory and product information - Assist with online marketing campaigns and promotions - Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve the online customer experience - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues - Assist with other customer service-related tasks as needed
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong project management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Adaptable to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment - Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools
