Job Description:

Mobily is looking for a hardworking and dedicated Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Jeddah, SA. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through various online channels such as email, live chat, and social media - Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Assisting customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Keeping accurate records of all customer interactions - Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding customer service

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Strong negotiation and leadership skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common online communication tools - Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
