Online Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is currently seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a resourceful and independent personality.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via online platforms - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any product-related concerns - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for continuous improvement - Use time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously - Adapt to changing workflows and processes to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online setting - Resourceful and independent personality traits to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues - Strong adaptability skills to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment - Excellent time management skills to handle high volumes of customer inquiries efficiently - Must be able to work part-time hours and be available for flexible scheduling - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
