Job Description:
Al Rajhi Holding Group is seeking a motivated and resilient Online Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team in Medina, SA. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service management, you will be responsible for overseeing our online customer service operations and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to improve online customer service processes and procedures. 2. Manage a team of online customer service representatives, providing support, guidance, and training as needed. 3. Monitor customer inquiries and feedback across various online platforms, responding promptly and effectively. 4. Analyze customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach to service delivery. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service management. 7. Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner. 8. Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized service and engagement.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in online customer service management, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong project management abilities and the ability to multitask effectively. 5. Persuasive and influential communication skills to drive change and implement new initiatives. 6. Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
