Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Al Gosaibi Bros. is seeking an experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, the Online Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's online customer service operations.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement online customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. 2. Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues. 3. Monitor online customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive performance. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement best practices for online customer service. 5. Respond to escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service to continually improve operations. 7. Develop training programs and materials for customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge. 8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive professional growth.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 8 years of experience in online customer service management. 3. Hardworking and driven personality traits. 4. Strong planning and communication skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 6. Experience with CRM software and online customer service platforms. 7. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
