Job Description - Online Customer Service Manager


Job Description:


Fitaihi Holding Group is seeking a talented and experienced Online Customer Service Manager to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of relevant experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: - Oversee all online customer service operations, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and managing customer feedback - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and training as needed - Monitor key performance indicators and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven track record of success in online customer service management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently - Hardworking and resilient personality traits - Innovative and cooperative soft skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills
