Job Description - Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Online Customer Service Officer to join our team at Al Hokair Group in Riyadh, SA. As an associate-level employee with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via online chat, email, and social media platforms - Managing customer accounts and processing orders - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Handling returns and exchanges - Monitoring online reviews and addressing customer feedback - Collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent time management and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient attitude towards handling difficult customers and situations - Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service - Experience with CRM software is a plus
