Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Customer Service Officer to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia in Riyadh. This is a part-time entry-level position suitable for individuals with 0 years of experience who are looking to kickstart their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media platforms - Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department - Manage customer accounts, process orders, and track shipments - Assist customers with online transactions, payment issues, and technical support - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures
