Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Sipchem is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our online customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role and possess the personality traits of being independent and hardworking.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with online orders, product information, and general inquiries - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct research to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Manage customer relationships and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services - Utilize online tools and platforms to track customer interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using online customer service platforms and tools - Strong research skills and the ability to find solutions to complex problems - Experience in people management and conflict resolution is a plus
