Job Description:

Fitaihi Holding Group is seeking a dedicated Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Online Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online customers, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media. 2. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 4. Assist customers with product information, sizing, and availability. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and promotions. 7. Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback. 8. Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to management. 9. Assist with other customer service-related tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Hardworking and driven attitude. 5. Critical thinking and persuasion skills. 6. Ability to work well in a team environment. 7. Familiarity with online customer service platforms and social media. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
