Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd is seeking a motivated and energetic Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order details, shipping inquiries, and other related issues. 3. Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently. 4. Escalate any complex customer issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Manage customer relationships to ensure a positive experience and drive repeat business. 6. Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve department goals and targets.

Requirements: 1. Independent and energetic personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment. 2. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of online customer service platforms. 5. Ability to work effectively in a team setting. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required. 7. Fluency in English and Arabic languages is preferred.
