Job Description - Online Customer Service Representative

Job Description:


Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Ma'aden) is seeking a part-time Online Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, resolve customer complaints, and address any issues or concerns. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues. 5. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed to support the customer service team.


Requirements: 1. Resourceful and motivated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 2. Strong presentation and leadership skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. 3. Previous experience in a customer service role is required, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications. 7. High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
